The name of the gentleman who helped me out is Thomas, he's very professional at his job. To be honest he's the BEST mechanic that I've seen so far. 10/10
I had great experience myself, my SUV broke down on Derry after midnight, it was holiday night so I towed it to home, then to Q1 Auto on next working day, this is my first time here, I saw Thomas first, he received the car and started working on it right away, they have a nice seating area with free coffee and TV. I left the car and came back after they fixed it, I met with the owner Wasseem, he was very kind and welcoming, their prices were very reasonable compared to the efforts, they follow a pricing guide but they also give discounts on top, they also gave me Timmies gift card and 40$ back from the money I gave them without asking for a discount. I like how they treat customers. I'll definitely come back.
