In the middle of our siding and patio install Trish went our of her way to ensure our old a/c was disconnected and removed at the latest possible time in order to leave us with air conditioning as long as possible. She had the foresight to take a stab at rebooking our install of the new unit only guessing as to when our patio would be completed. She was bang on and we were not without a/c one minute longer than necessary. Steve and Trish installed the new unit on a very hot day and with good humour too. I would highly recommend Trish and Steve for your HVAC needs. I can tell you now I will be calling them when our furnace needs replacing.
With them I feel we were well taken care of and in our crazy contractor filled situation they did everything they could to accommodate the schedule between all concerned. Trish stayed in constant communication during the upheaval and left me no worries that our air conditioning needs would be met during the upheaval of our siding and patio construction.

We called on Monday morning regarding our broken ac and luckily they had a last minute cancellation so they were able to squeeze us. Trish was very helpful with keeping us informed on when the technician was arriving and what the costs were. When Stephen showed up, he was extremely professional and was able to resolve our problem immediately. He had all the parts with him so he was able to complete the repairs on the spot. Trish then followed up to ensure that all our problems were resolved. We are very happy with the service. We will definitely be calling them again for future problems.

Free Air relocated of AC from the side to the back of our home. We were very pleased with the service provided. Very professional, listened to our needs and provided applicable recommendations. I was referred to Trish from Free Air by someone who she recently assisted with his furnace. Her and the company came highly recommended. I called to try to arrange someone to go out to assist my mother who had no heat and unfortunately they were booked up for the next 3 days which is when you would think the call would end. It didn’t. Trish asked me a series of questions to better understand the issue and even took the time on a Friday after hours to video call so she could assist me with trying to locate the filter rack. She suggested changing the filter as it was extremely clogged and hadn’t been changed in a long time according to the date on the filter. It worked and now my mother has heat. It was also an added surprise when Trish followed up the next day to see if the heat was still working. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience dealing with Trish and Stephen. We were without hot water as our old water heater sprung a leak. Trish was extremely responsive and we went from first phone call to having a new tankless hot water heater installed within 12 hours. Excellent communication throughout the entire process which allowed us to make a quick decision on a replacement system. Would not hesitate to work with them again!
