I appreciate the wealth of knowledge provided on all products. It is apparent that Nicole and her team are focused on service first, making their customers wellbeing the priority and not on merely making a sale.

(February 26, 2018, 11:15 pm)I had a great service experience, but was just checking my bill and noticed that I was charged a penny. Doesn’t say what it was for, but if you add up all the sales they did, a penny adds up. I wasn’t made aware of this charge. If I was warned, this would have been a 5 star review.
