The coaches for IGNITE are excellent. During my last session, the coach helped me to modify almost every exercise to accommodate my bad shoulder and knees. This kind of individual attention really helps me to stay motivated, and that way I continue to get the benefits of working out instead of giving up! Thank you, FirePower Coaches!

This place has our hearts, it’s the rag-tag little family we need while living 1300 miles away from home. When my husband & I joined, we made a pact in the parking lot to use the facility as a gym. Strictly. No looking around and certainly no falling elbows deep into CrossFit culture. Fast forward almost 2 years and this place is one of our favourite spots. The folks are family- the kinda family you help move, go watch their kiddos at swim meets & plays, spend the holidays together, and do crazy things like sign up for races together. The owners are the most genuine people, besides being absolute professionals, they just seem to know the days when you need a hug and the days when you need a butt kick. The coaches keep us safe from our selves and push us. The workouts are truly accessible no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Lastly? The members? They are everything! It’s a little community in our community. We are so grateful to be part of the Firepower Family.

My husband started our CrossFit journey. He was diagnosed with high blood sugar nearly ten years ago. He decided to get off the couch and do something about it. None of us had ever been athletes or into consistent fitness. He found FirePower and was hooked. The challenge and results were awesome. He ‘encouraged’ me to join, which happened within a couple of months. It was somehow so engaging and addictive - accomplishing things we never thought were possible. Becoming so fit!
The fun, fitness, health and community have kept us going for years now, with many more to come!
And - our son has been loving CrossFit as his sport of choice since he was 3! FirePower has literally transformed our entire family to being fit and healthy! Thank you!
