I just purchased a new mattress from your store on Steele’s Ave. The manager there Chuck Asraoui went above and beyond customer service. I have been having issues with my back and had purchased a new mattress. Got an extra firm hoping this would help but only made it worse. Told Chuck about my situation and he spent a lot of time with us checking out mattresses. He credited us for the one we bought and we purchased a tempura-pedic. I am hoping this will help. He didn’t rush us and gave us good advice. Excellent customer service. If you are looking for advice on which mattress is best go to Chuck. Thanks Chuck for all you help.

Chuck Asraoui, wonderful and very helpful. I had purchased a mattress at a Toronto Brick store, but they ended up not being able to deliver as needed, Chuck went above and beyond in getting me the mattress for the next morning. I cannot express my thanks enough.
Chuck at the Milton store was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and the benefits of the different types available, as was Anthony. We did not feel pressured to pend more than we could afford. Chuck, the store manager, also understands the importance of good customer service. My husband and I have purchased three mattresses at this location and feel that each time we received good value for the price we paid.
This review may come across as "too good to be true", but it really did happen. I called the store in advanced to have a meeting with the sales rep, which happened to be Paul. Told him I needed a brand new mattress and that I was shopping around. The moment you meet Paul McKenna, nothing but smiles and energy. You could tell he has a passion for his career. He is one of the top salesman I have ever encountered. Gave me lots of information when needed, HE LISTENED to my needs for a bed, provided me with plenty of examples, gave me space, and always reassured me that there was no pressure in buying today, or ever, or even from the Brick. He was just happy to give me knowledge and help me out. Paul is respectful, not pushy, patient, honest, great listener, knowledgeable and amazing customer service.
Which ultimately led me to purchase a mattress that day. Paul NOT ONCE pressured me into buying me the most expensive mattress or the top of the line. Because, of his knowledge and confidence in his products I now own the "Cadillac" of mattress or as I call it "The Black Beauty". In all my years I have NEVER slept on anything more comfortable, durable, and that meets ALL my check boxes.
Paul, thank-you VERY much for all your help, hard work, and going above and beyond. YOU made it possible for me to get this mattress within 2 days and within a certain time frame due to my condo`s strict time frame.
That is the type of customer service you get from Paul, simply above and beyond.

What a Great experience he gave us. He was very knowledgeable on all the products and very patient with all of our questions. He made the experience easy and even got us delivery in two days. He even gave us a follow up call to check if we are happy with our purchase. What Great customer service, can’t say enough good things about the service Paul provided. Thank you!
