“My car was going in for body work at first professional (worst body shop in Milton). I was picked up by enterprise and was told I would get a decent vehicle with the features I wanted. I arrived at enterprise and the rep told me they would only give me a Chevy Cruze because it is comparable in size to my vehicle. The Cruze lacked gps and other options that my vehicle had and was basic. I told the agent that this is the third time the body shop is having to redo my vehicle and I want something as comfortable as my daily drive. I saw a Durango which had gps and other options my current vehicle had. I was told to pay more or leave it. I ended up saying no to giving enterprise business and walked home. I called discount rental and spoke to Amy. I explained that meanwhile my car might be a similar size as the Cruze it had way more options and costs twice as much with all the features added. My car has had to get fixed three separate times and everytime I get into a crappy rental by enterprise. Amy said she understood my frustration and will see what she can do. She called me back in 5 minutes to tell me she got me a Dodge Durango and it will pick me up in 15 minutes. 9 minutes later the rental was downstairs and drove me to discount rental. I signed my papers and gave discount my business instead. Bravo Amy, and bravo discount. I left happy in my Durango rental and it was a painless process and I’m thankful for it. For any future rentals in the area I am definitely skipping enterprise and choosing discount. I told my friends and wife about what happened and they were pretty impressed as well.”
