“I have two children which have gone through getting braces with Dr.Lackovic. The experience has been perfect! My second daughter just got her braces off and is so happy with her teeth. The staff are always friendly and professional. Patient with my girls - who are in elementary school. Dr.Lackovic has been great with them and very accurate with treatment plans. Only delay was due to Covid - totally out of his control. I rarely given anything a 5-star rating, but this is well-deserved. Thank you to the whole team!”

Even when making an appointment over the phone the receptionist has an extremely friendly and welcoming demeanour. The dental work is equally as impressive. As a new patient they did completely new scans, and a full check up. After the initial check up they thoroughly explained the work I needed and were very honest about the pricing. I called many orthodontists in the Milton area to have my permanent retainer quickly fixed. This was the only one who gladly took me and even fit me in on the same day. “Completely covid compliant (I have been going to them for years anyway). Andrea is the hygienist I deal with and she's absolutely fantastic at what she does. The feedback from the staff is always honest and unlike other dental offices, they do not try to push unnecessary services on you. The only thing I would potentially add on is convenience as I believe they are not open on weekends (even if it's limited hours it would be very convenient for working professionals). My almost 4 year old didn't cry and my almost 2 year old did his first service and it was a breeze. The stickers, toothbrush and flavor picking toothpaste is amazing. Both my kids were distracted by TV mounted in the ceiling. A very well thought out experience for the kids.
