When I started planning for my wedding in 2019/2020 I wasn’t looking to get planners. A cousin who works within the wedding industry recommended I do and I was like yea sure why not. He connected me to Neha and her company and I am I so so so glad that I did. We ended up booking with the day of coordination event package.

Right from the get go Neha was immensely professional and so easy to get along with. We were originally set to get married in 2021 but had to push ahead due to COVID. Many a times I would reach out to her for guidance on numerous things and she would in the most positive way assist. We had many calls and planner agendas a month before to make sure everything was smooth.

Cut to wedding week. We were paired up with Kulsoom as our lead planner and Anushka Chopra. Let me tell you these two Women are just absolutely amazing. From the smallest details to the larger ones they took care of everything. I was so sick the day of my Sangeet and Kulsoom and Anushka made sure there was Gatorade and other items I would need to get through the evening. They constantly made sure my entire family and the grooms family were okay. Made sure everyone was comfortable and things were going seamlessly. 100% of my stress was taken care of because I had them by my side. All I had to do was ask or message them and it would be taken care of. Wedding day we were running super late but Kulsoom and Anushka took care of everything including trying to sneak me in. They walked around with a magic wand. Anything you needed they whipped it out.

We had the most positive wedding week despite me being so sick and it was only thanks to the sawc team. My parents who were against getting the planners even said thank god you went against us and got planners because lord only knows it would have been sheer chaos if you didn’t. I genuinely would recommend everyone getting married to get wedding planners & even more to get the team at SAWC Planners because they deliver like no other. Thank you Kulsoom, Neha and Anushka. Patelkainam wouldn’t have been such a success if you guys weren’t a part of it.

When we started wedding planning, we really didn’t think we would need a day-of coordinator but so glad we decided to go with Neha and her team. They went above and beyond for everything. We had to postpone our wedding twice but Neha kept us in positive vibes that it will happen. She was responsive to each and every inquiry and having her just gave us the peace of mind that we will have the most perfect day. A few examples of why we are so glad we decided to go with SAWC:
1. I was performing to Ghoomar for my bridal entry and it was Neha’s idea to have four of my friends walk in with candlesticks and have a spotlight. I didn’t think of either of these and it made the performance even more grand and beyond what I had imagined it to be. Our guests were in awe!
2. Neha came up with a brilliant idea for us to greet the guests when the doors open during the reception. We loved this gesture and received a ton of compliments from our guests that this was something different they had never seen before! It added a whole personal touch to be able to greet and welcome everyone.
3. Neha and her team are very caring and really keep the newly wedded couples in mind. Their gestures of bringing us drinks and foods while we wait in the Bridal Suite did not go unnoticed. They made sure we felt comfortable and calm throughout the day.

Overall, we are so happy we hired SAWC, it was easily the best decision for us. It took away a lot of stress for our families as we knew Neha’s team had it under control. At the end, we wanted our families and friends to enjoy the events rather than worry about everything happening on time, and from our personal experience, Neha’s team made that alot smoother. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our day extra special!!

Neha and her team did a fantastic job coordinating our wedding reception - they are so organized and thought of every little detail to make our event perfect for us. We felt completely stress free on the day of our reception knowing that they were handling everything, and because of that we were able to completely relax and enjoy our event

A huge huge huge shoutout to Neha and her entire team at SAWC! AshwinsAnjali wedding truly would not have been possible without Neha! She has been planning this wedding for 3 years and yet it all changed 4 weeks prior to the wedding. Needless to say there has never been a dull moment. A huge shoutout for always being calm when everything around us seemed chaotic. Thank you for dealing with all the constant changes and constant requests. Through this process you have truly become like family. Thank you for understanding us so well to the point that we don't even need to tell you what we or the family may need. You have been nothing but absolutely incredible! During the festivities, everything was executed brilliantly. We've been to many weddings where the groom and bride are tired stressed, but for our wedding I feel everyone including us had a blast. Neha and her team constantly checking in on us, making sure we get rest, good food adequate time with all. All in all best experience ever. We believe this relationship which may have started off as a vendor and client will go on to become.much more. Thank you SAWC for just always making our day up until the events. Impossible to put into words how positive our experience was with Neha, Meera, and Karishma. All three went above and beyond in the month-of planning process for our third attempt at a COVID-19-postponed wedding. Every detail big and small was given their full care and attention. We received so many kind words about all our events from friends and family, and that's due in large part to the efforts of the team at SAWC. They delivered everything we could have ever expected... and more. We couldn't have done it without them.
