(February 15, 2019, 6:37 am)Extremely helpful, the staff help me to fix my phone in under 5 min (it was completely dead and I can't charge it). The friendly staff help explained to me it was due to its extreme dirtiness in the port. Everything is fixed now, and I'm happy about that fact.
