This is a beautiful store and very well equipped with a wide range of luxury watches and jewellery. A brief interaction with Sasha and I knew that this was the kind of store I wanted to give my business to, despite the fact that it is a solid hour and then some away from my current residence.
Unfortunately the particular watch I was looking for is not currently in stock but my brief interaction with Sasha and the store has resulted in this positive review. That should say a lot about their customer service! I look forward to growing my relationship with Knar Jewellery in the future.

I have purchased a watch here and I have had a watch serviced here. I am highly satisfied with the sales staff and the service staff.
One thing people need to understand about high-end watches, they are just like high-end cars , regular maintenance is required a good example,
(cleaning and calibration) & they cost more to service , just like Ferrari Porsch compared to a Ford ,Chevy.
My husband took his Rolex in for a cleaning and repair at the end of May and was to have taken 4-6 weeks. He called a number of times after the 6 week mark and were told that they had not received it back from Rolex in Toronto. They didn’t say “let us call and determine the delay or any explanation other than it isn’t back yet”.
Finally it was to be returned on the 19th of July in their delivery and it again didn’t arrive. He again found out by calling them not the other way around.
The owner of Knar was to have driven into the city to pick it up today. Chris went to pick it up and the staff were rude, too busy talking to each other and didn’t offer an explanation on the delivery or an apologize.
Jewellery, watches and other items from Knar I consider high end luxury purchase; there is a other stores that will be getting our business in the future because they deserve it and welcome it.
Post script. Just spoke with Jeff, the owner and he has provided an explanation and was upset by the customer experience that Chris received. Jeff has provided in his follow up the type of customer experience that we had hoped he would have previously received.
One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! thank you guys very much! I'll sure be coming back for more watches.
