I was looking for a prom hat pending and one of the staff immediately told me that it was sold out. I asked if she can ask for it in another location. When i was walked out this pleasant young lady came with the pending, her name is Channelle cudos to her, saving us time and offering us great customer service.

I find that this location always has what I am looking for. Staff is friendly and very helpful, especially with gift wrapping. Tons to choose from for every occasion.

This is the only place associated with Pandora where I get great survice. Patrick the manager was extremely helpful and so nice ! He knew exactly what he was talking about and had a solution to problem I was dealing with... unlike the phone costumer service and the Hamilton store who made it feel like they really did not care or know what they were talking about.
I will only be going to Oakville to do my purchases. Thank you Patrick !
