McHardy Vacuum

I discovered when I needed bags and a new filter for my Samsung vacuum that the store I had bought it from had disappeared without a trace, so I searched online. After a couple of useless places, I found that McHardy had the bags, but apparently not the filter. I called their customer service, who told me filters for my machine were no longer made, but took the trouble to find me a Miele filter that could be cut to fit.This is the best sort of help, and together with their reasonable prices and rapid delivery makes this a business to treasure.

I ordered the Eureka 71B Handheld Vacuum from McHardy. The order came very fast. I've had the vacuum for a couple of weeks and I like it a lot so far. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the vacuum was shipped in the manufacturer's box only and the box was dented in. So the vacuum was not protected well when it was shipped; it does appear to be fine however.

Got to use one of these vacuums for my daycare and it was so great and fast. The kids don’t like the noise so this vacuum was great as it was pretty quiet and I could quickly clean up.

Great experience and knowledgeable staff. My central vac started malfunctioning after 5.5 years of service and the sales guy mentioned that motor is actually covered by 7 years warranty. When produced the documents the motor was replaced in 2 minutes. I am very pleased with suggestion and service... but now I do not have an excuse to say to my wife that I cannot vacuum the house :)
