I have just completed the 6 week challenge, and honestly, it is one of the best things I could have ever done to jump start my journey towards weight loss and leading a healthy, and balanced lifestyle. It is a combination of nutritious eating and active living. The trainers I met, Emily, Cassidy, and Ethan are always watching during the small class sessions to make sure you are performing the correct technique and push you a little harder. My coach, Melissa, was there with me the whole time, monitoring my progress and encouraging me. All the staff are always there if you have any questions, be it regarding nutrition, stretching, technique or anything else.
I highly recommend this to anyone that is motivated to lead a healthy lifestyle. I am excited to continue attending Results Kickboxing for some time to come :)

Just finished my 6 week challenge and I loved it! Classes are such a great workout you feel amazing after and the coaches are great always there to answer questions or help you in anyway for your workouts. Class times are a little limited wish they had more class time options on weekends. But I would definitely recommend results kickboxing if you need that little extra motivation to workout!
6 week challenge at RK was a great experience! 45 minute classes packed with bag action and variety of work outs for the whole body!! It's only 45 minutes and they fly by, and the rewards that come with it are even better! Really enjoyed the class set up and instructors leading them. My goal wasn't to loose weight but rather tone up. In the end I lost 5 lbs and 3% of body fat, and gained a ton of strength and muscle!! The 6 week challenge with a meal plan is a good push to commit to treating your body right.
The 6-week challenge with Results Kickboxing was amazing. The intense classes were so much fun and kicked my butt every time. The nutrition plan was strict, however, exactly what I needed to help me reach my goal. I highly recommend Results Kickboxing to anyone who would be interested in this type of program. The instructors were fantastic and helpful with technique/questions. The nutrition coach was very supportive with encouraging texts that make all the difference when doing an intense challenge like this. Overall wonderful experience!
