Very professional and caring team! I love the little details added to make customers feel much more comfortable and better like providing a stress ball, or their soft relaxing music in the background or even their elegant and refreshing decor.

I did 6 sessions of both underarm and Brazilian laser hair removal and they made sure I felt okay and comfortable all the time. Also, I have PCOS so my menstruation is very unpredictable which means sometimes I’d wake up with my time of the month and would have to reschedule last minute and they were always always always very understanding, and I am very appreciative of that.

I HIGHLY recommend this place for laser hair removal, significant result after one session, after two sessions most of my hair are gone. Obviously some spots need more sessions than others. The team here are amazing! I'm happy I chose this place after a lot of research is being done on hair removal places in the GTA. 🙂
