Addition Elle

Everytime I go to this location I am overwhelmed by the care and attention I receive from Orlena (sp?). I honeslty felt so emotional the past few visits as I haven't come under the best circumstances in my life (it can be an extremely tough situation to fit work criteria and comfortable plus sized clothing together sometimes). I felt like crying and at my wit's end. She has managed to make me feel much more peaceful, has given me the freedom to try things, and boosted my ego. I would definetly give this location my weekly business. I truly feel so lucky to have recieved some of the best customer service, accommodation, honesty, genuineness, integrity, and conversation through "O" (as she is also nicknamed) . I hope to see her go far and am glad to see such a positive ambience at this store and under her leadership. Not one person was left without an introduction or help whenever I have gone here. Store was kept very clean and tidy, service was quick and efficient, she was very knowledgeable on all items and overall. Thank you if you ever see this ;).

I like this location and the staff is relatively friendly. I have noticed quite a turn over, and miss some of the regular ladies that were working at this location before. I find that my issue is more with the variety and quality of clothing, and that is not location specific. Since there are more shopping options now for plus size clothing, I find myself shopping at Addition Elle less and less.

I usually struggle with the service at this location and avoided it for quite some time. I decided to pass by recently to see what was new for fall. Candice and Sharon(?) were so helpful, personable and honest with their opinions. Much better experience than in the past. Thanks ladies!!

Sales are great and happen quickly after new product arrives in the store. Never pay full price.... On sale or clearance in 3-4 weeks

Relatively quieter place but is one of the bigger ones. Great staff, recommend to anyone looking for plus size wear
