(September 22, 2018, 1:39 am)As with brick and mortar retail customer service is essentially everything and this Reitmans location has that. I would be hard pressed to say I’ve experienced better customer service at any other clothing retail location. Experienced pressure-free and helpful staff make the shopping experience a breeze at this location. Clothing size and stile exchanges are handled efficiently and politely by the staff working here. Being able to order in-store an item that may not currently be in stock and then have it delivered to your home a plus.
