Value Village

A well organized and clean location with friendly staff.

Very spacious and richly filled store. Sanitizing and caring was good. Toys was very well organized also other sections. I bought lots of toy packages too.

Very big store with a wide variety of items and very fair prices.

Found a few good items here including new reebok leggings, a vintage north face sweatshirt, a cute mini skirt and a Zara sweater. Would have given more stars but I noticed two major flaws which they should really consider addressing:

1. The prices are way too high for donated items. These items are donated and cost value village nearly nothing to house in their stores. Also, keep in mind many of the employees sifting through these items are actually volunteers. Only a few are paid employees. I paid $40 for the four items listed above. I was completely shocked upon reviewing the receipt. Not really worth it for used items if you ask me.

2. There is a lack of change rooms in the store. There was a large lineup to use the four change rooms available, and many customers were taking in way over the limit of 6 items in the change rooms. This made the wait extremely long for the rest of us... Why have such a large store and then only 4 change rooms for your entire customer base of men, women and children? It is baffling to say the least.
