Not only did he promptly assess the work which would be required, he arranged for competent roofers to repair the slope of our house, which blew off in a recent windstorm. He was extremely helpful when a follow-up was required and very quickly arranged for a re-examination of the roof. The situation was resolved to our complete satisfaction.
I would not hesitate to recommend Alex Mancilla or WINMAR should property restoration services ever be required. Thank you, Alex!
