“When I arrived at the service desk and the lady tried looking me up, I explained that I moved and my last name changed. She entered need as a new client. I told her when I was spelling my last name that I added my husband's name to mine, hence the hyphen. About 10 mins later I hear a page of my maiden name. When I told her that wasn't my last name she responded well she figured I would come if she just said the first name. That is rude, it's not my name. I told her that when women or men have hyphenated last names you have to call them by both. My God, this is common sense!!”
