The lady yup , a real lady , that took my order was both polite and knowledgeable. Knew the parts I described as my part numbers didn’t jive with new ones. Owning a small Upholstery shop in Victoria BC for 22 years , ordering across country in my trade can be painful . Not with these people. Being nervous I emailed twice to make sure of order and replies were immediate and politely with tracking info. Wow. Parts were CORRECT, shipping was Fast and price was fair with our dollar. “pretty amazing co in this disposable society -- 34 years ago put in Moen faucets basement shower, kitchen sink and main bath -- they have been supplying me with cartridges for 3 decades no complaints -- when the shower handle insert broke I got a new one -- when the shower cartridge was wearing too fast, they explained to me the need to clean the valve body, and that did it -- when the kitchen sink faucet developed a crack in the valve, I could have asked Moen for help but decided to replace it completely. on my own With another Moen faucet. And the last shower cartridge they sent me arrived the day after I called, which is Amazon-quality delivery. Amazing.Government should run that way”

“We enjoy shopping at this location. It is a big clean store with a great variety of products to choose from. We were looking to replace all of the door handles throughout the house and decided to place an online order for pick up. The process was very smooth and the handles were ready for pick up when stated. We also purchased a new front door handle and lock and we were able to price match it from another store advertisement. They also beat the price by 10%. Very satisfied with the customer service.”

“Always room for improvement and this location is no different. Sometimes have d to find a rep to help you on the floor, at times even if you find someone you may feel they are being disturbed to a level you would tend to say I am sorry to disturb you but I need help. Overall good experience, you will find most of the stuff easy, many of the staff if you can find them are friendly, parking is easy, has a Subway there if you feel hungry. I like the self checkout and love the email receipt option. Tool rental is ok, and hand cleanser units on exits are awesome.”
