Staff very professional and helpful. Technician explained what each wire monitored while I slept, which I liked. It was very well organized from the moment I arrived in the parking lot to when I left in the morning. Bed was comfortable. I did not sleep well but that had nothing to do with the staff or the environment.
The technicians were super nice. I was real comfortable, wifi password right there on the wall. Bed was comfy, lots of blankets n pillows. Had a good sleep. Not to sure what ppl are expecting from here but for what it is i thought they did great.
Technician was polite, kind and respectful. Each step was explained as he went along hooking me up. Room was cool, but a quick buzz and he brought in an extra blanket. Obviously not the most restful night sleep I've ever had, but they made it bearable.
