“I just visited Ferry Street Walk-in Clinic for the first time, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. The two ladies at the front desk gave me a great first impression. Both were friendly, calm, and made me feel welcomed. Their job gets hectic and overwhelming I’m sure, but I greatly appreciated feeling cared about upon arrival! The nurse who I talked to prior to seeing the doctor was lovely. She too, was friendly and so very sweet. She thanked me several times for waiting (although the wait time was not even bad at all). Even with it being late in her work day, she was cheerful and kept a smile on her face, which made me feel at ease. The doctor I met with was wonderful! He was empathetic, professional, and he took the time to ask me questions and discuss options. I felt valued and cared about. He never once made me feel rushed or feel as if I was “just another patient” in his day. I so greatly appreciate the care he showed. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a walk-in clinic and although I hope to not be back anytime soon (for health reasons), I’d be happy to return there in the future! Thank-you!”

“I had my first experience with Dr. Davidson and his staff, after years of not having seen a dentist. The hygienist, Angie, was personable and talkative and very thorough. She ensured my comfort and talked me through each and every step of what she was doing. I left looking like I had received an instant teeth whitening and my mouth felt amazing! Dr. Davidson was fast and thorough with his assessment and listened to my concerns and oral problems. A plan was immediately implemented to have it fixed, and not just a treatment of symptoms. The turnaround for an appointment was one week. I don’t leave reviews, but this group is absolutely AMAZING. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.”

“Wow! What a great company, I’m an out of province visitor and I forgot the power cord for my CPAP. I called this morning and spoke with Tracey and gave her my story, she advised me they had some power cords from older machines that were available so that was great. I just dropped in to grab it when Tracey handed me the cord she told me she had tested it and it worked fine. When I asked what the price was she said just a smile! In this day and age who does that. “I don't have experience with his office staff, so can only speak to how wonderful Dr. Subramanian is. He performed my appendectomy on Friday. He has an excellent bedside manner, and genuine sympathy for his patients. I had to have a drainage tube removed yesterday, and it hurt something awful to come out, so he just gave it a quick tug, apologized profusely, told me to swear and squeeze his hand, and told me the story of where he learned that "trick" to distract me from the pain. After a minute I was laughing and thanking him. Such a kind doctor, they're rare these days. You're in good hands with this one. Thank you so much, Doctor!”
