I picked him because he was very detailed with the walk around and even inspected the outside of the home which no one else did. I sensed he was very knowledgeable and took great pride in what he does. Thank God I did pick him... this man is hands down the hardest working professional person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He checks with you on every detail throughout the build which made the basement feel more personal once completed. I was amazed that my family and I didn't have a single problem with Roman or his helpers the entire time they worked at the house. He thinks of literally everything ahead of time and suggests great design ideas. Budget wise was wonderful, zero surprises and everything stayed within what we quoted.
