Love a nice Brewery, we stopped here while visiting Niagara Falls. Not a big fan of Beer in the first place but really like the type of experiences you can get at a lot of Breweries and wineries.. This one was not an upset both the service for and drinks were good. We didn't try any of the food here but they did serve that as well. I would for sure recommend this place to anybody who does like Beer! Thank you to the company for the warm welcome!
Brewery was ok, just ok. Only had the devil beer IPA. It was pretty light for an IPA, but still crisp and hoppy. There was live music.
Food looked good.
The bar tender guy was as excited as Eeor from Winnie the poo.
I'll be back for round two later.
Mmm
We wanted to like this place more than we did. Between us, we had a pumpkin ale, a flight of the standard brewery beers, a pretzel, and bratwurst sandwiches. The pumpkin ale was a good representation of that variety. The other beers were all rather plain, though fine. The sausage sandwiches were bland. The sauerkraut helped, but was quite mild, and wasn't enough to save the dish. The caramelized onions were barely noticeable. The whole thing cried out for another component with stronger flavors, like a grainy mustard.
As for the pretzel, it was fine. We were supposed to be able to specify whether we wanted salt or cheese, and indicated we just wanted cheese...but as you can see, it came with salt as well. Still, the cheese sauce was solid.
I can't say the food was bad, but I would not come here again, either.
We stopped at Niagara Brewing Company for a quick bite and a couple of beers.
The food was actually good for pub fare and the portions were definitely more on the “American” size (larger) than the local average.
The place is pretty spacious with a nice atmosphere and different seating areas.
The staff was friendly and diligent as well, although it wasn’t a very busy day.
Their beer is really good. We had the lager given we had plans for after lunch; which was light and refreshing. Will definitely be come back to try their IPA. Tara was our server. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us good recommendations for lunch. They also have a good beyond meat burger on their menu. The only disappointment was their pretzel which wasn't as hot and fresh as one would expect perhaps it was the cheese pretzel that changed the texture. Special mention: the entertainment was really good. The musician had a great voice and a good selection of songs. A definitely must do while in Niagara
