I would highly recommend Shane for any computer/electronic repair. Excellent service, Shane goes the extra mile to ensure that your issue is resolved. My most recent repair involved a complicated battery replacement for a small electronic toy. I went to 5 different places all of which said no and advised it would be hard to find anyone willing to do the job. I was about to give up and I thought maybe this was something Shane could look at---I wish I would have thought of Shane sooner--toy is fixed, happy child!
Shane calmly sorted out what was wrong with our internet connection, laid out the plan to fix it and costs, then kept us informed every step of the way. We are back online and everyone in the house is thrilled! Definitely will use him again.
