South Coast Cookhouse

Love this place! Cool beer selection, great menu and just a fun place to hang out in Crystal Beach. Wings are dynamite, probably the best we've had in Niagara.

Purchased carry out one day and the food was great.

Went back a second day, and they refused to take carry out orders. So I went to another place, ordered carry out, waited, drank two beers, tipped well, then enjoyed even better food. Unfortunately the Cookhouse cannot get 5 stars when they turn away customers.

The food is great, the service is good, bit the place is not for large groups (I'd say more than 4).
The kids food was one out and one delayed, and nothing worse than hungry kid without food.
Over all it's a nice pub grub type place, with nice selection of beers.

We found this place randomly as we were driving by Crystal Beach. Food taste AMAZING! the atmosphere felt great and the posters on the wall with old newspaper cutouts of the beach for great entertainment. Definitely would go here again if ever in the area again

Great little spot, and it's appears to always be busy, so best to get there early, or plan to wait until a spot opens up. My only criticism is regards to the wings.
They need to be sauced a bit better, as the sauce seemed to sit on the plate instead of the wings.
If the sauce adheres a bit better to the wings, then fantastic!!
