We had an incident with driving over a curb across the street - 15 minutes before close. The mechanic didn’t even hesitate to take a look, make an assessment, and within 10 min, had a temporary fix that was enough to get us home. Can’t thank you enough for the quality of your service!

After having nothing but issues and over pressuring on sales at fast lube shops and struggling to find a mechanic, I decided to give master mechanic Grimsby a try. I have been coming here for over a year now and I feel completely comfortable and trust in them completely to look after my car and keep me safe on the road. They have a fantastic staff there, everyone is so friendly, and always take the time to fully explain things to me in terms that make sense to me since after all - I'm no mechanic. This means a lot to me, and really helps educate me as a customer so I can fully understand what is needing to be done to my car. I wouldn't even THINK about going any where else, and I always tell all of my family and friends and co-workers to go here!
