Richard, Greg and Steve all make this location work in a smooth and easy motion. Car was looked at quickly and only needed work was addressed. Such a nice group who are professional and don’t badger the client or try to up-sell needless services. Loyal customer and will continue to be for years to come!!

10 minute oil change, best I’ve ever had! Best customer and car service in grimsby hands down. We dealt with one employee named Caleb, and he explained everything in detail, and helped us through every decision we made!! All in all, Pro oil change has amazing services and great deals, definitely planning on returning.

First time here and I was extremely impressed! Very friendly staff, have the time to talk with you, and are not pushy with additional sales at all (you read their brochure and it even states they are not commission based sales) these guys seem to love their jobs and like where they work very refreshing to see. Love the waiting room with massive viewing window - plus they even have cameras that show you on a TV each car they are working on (top and bottom) - nice touch! Will absolutely be returning. Thanks guys! :)
