A big thank you to Rob for his expertise and honesty - another HVAC company suggested that I needed a new furnace, and I wanted to get another price estimate, so I found Premium Home Services through the Better Business Bureau and asked for a quote. Rob responded quickly, gave me lots of information and better pricing. He also asked me what the other HVAC company said about my furnace's problem, but when I discussed that contractor's report with Rob, he had his doubts, so I agreed to have one of Rob's technicians come out and look at my furnace. Turns out that after Rob's technician did extensive inspecting and testing, he couldn't find any indication of the supposed problem! No new furnace required, so Premium Home Services saved me thousands of dollars!!
Rob was great to deal with, I found him to be honest and trustworthy and I went ahead will all the work he suggested. His staff were on time with all the work and very clean and polite while they completed the entire job over 4 days.
I have nothing but praise for Rob and his company. When my 30 year old air conditioner stopped pumping cold air Rob, the owner, himself walked me through the troubleshoot. Instead of just telling me the A/C was done and needed replacing he started from the simplest solution it could be and we worked our way up. Because I have some electrical knowledge and an electrical meter he basically taught me how to troubleshoot each part and test them, walking me through each step. Who does that? Actually showing and teaching me for probably an hour and a half all the diagnostics until we reached the inevitable conclusion that the 30 year old unit needed replacing and couldn't be repaired.
That is well above and beyond the norm of service in any industry.
I ended up getting a new unit from Premium for a good price and Rob sent his Journeyman Mike and apprentice for the install. They were very professional and friendly and problem solved a difficult installation due to the location of my old AC and lines to the furnace. They worked hard the entire day and did an amazing and clean job with the install.

Earlier this summer, I was searching around for a good honest company that would install a new AC for us. All I can say is that 5/5 is least premium home deserves, they are extremely professional and friendly. Rob and his team came in and installed the AC they made sure everything is perfect. They even put a cloth on the floor to make sure no stain or dirt goes on floor as they did work. They also vacuumed before leaving. Its been few months I've had the new AC installed and all I can say is if you find this place, you are in luck and don't hesitate as you wont be disappointed.
