Very happy with the service results and the price was fair. I expected a more pro-active communication experience. Dropped the car off at appointed time of 8:15 am. Picked up the car at 10:30 am 2 days later. I made 5 phone calls to find out progress, estimate, status and eta (twice). Did not receive one call from the dealer. So my rating is about the end result.

Great experience buying a used car. There was no pressure and I felt like they had the best selection. Would recommend for used cars.

My feelings are mixed about this place . First the posative . They did an amazing job on my truck and when it was fixed it ran perfect. They also provide shuttle service which was good too. When I first called however I was kinda upset 120 to scan my truck.without any repairs they wanted 120 which makes their job easier. I had to take it to my garage get it scanned then bring it there. They definitely ripping people off that way.

Purchased an as-is Jeep here back in the summer. Even coming to see something that was as-is. We got the 5 star treatment from Jim the entire time. The whole process was easy and they went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our decision to purchase the vehicle. Now being months later, we're still thrilled to have the vehicle. We'll definitely look at Wills again the next time we need another vehicle.
