“With high winds, we were losing shingles at a rapid rate. I called for 3 quotes, based on reviews, and Simon stood out far above the others because of the speed with which he responded during a very busy time for him. His phone message said he'd be booking into Nov 2018. I called in the summer. The quote was detailed with drawings and thorough explanations. He came to the house and sat down to review everything. He guaranteed that once the contract was signed, if we lost shingles prior to when they could come, they would still fix the issue immediately. We were kept up to date by Steve and Simon right up to the arrival of the bin. Every text I sent was responded to within hours. The workers were courteous and friendly.
