Smoke & Moonshine Authentic Barbeque

It's hard to trust spending money at places when not trusting the reviews.
My brother brought me here today and I had the brisket with sweet potato fries, and coleslaw. Oh and a NickelBrook raspberry sour beer.
It was perfect.. will be back to try more on the menu. I was looking at other peoples plates and was impressed...
As I can see the reviews are correct for this place. 5*

Easily the best BBQ in a restaurant setting I have had. Loved the ribs, the rub is next level. House sauces are really nice too.

Our first visit, when they first opened was a disaster.
Though we would give it another try.
Glad we did.....
SUPERB food, friendly staff, pleasant and efficient wait staff.
The only reason I gave it 5 stars was because I could not give it 6.
I have cooked literally thousands of pounds of ribs on smokers, and have done none better.
I will be copying the “bacon cured ribs”.

A decent first visit.
We love August, and so maybe had too high expectations.
I hope with some experience the quality gets better.
Perhaps consider favoring care in preparation (such as trimming meat a little better) rather than simply pulling as much of it as you can onto a plate.
