“We’ve visited lots of wineries including BC and our first time visiting Di Profio and unfortunately, it was not a happy experience. We asked for water, never got it, when we received our cheese tray my friend, trying to make space, accidentally knocked down the tasting wine glasses. We thought that, since he didn’t even taste any, as a nice gesture they will bring at least one taste glass for him but that never happened. After talking to the owner she decided not to charge for the tasting but the experience itself was not what we’ve expected or experienced in other quality wineries where they appreciate you as a customer. Not going back again, they still have lots to learn.”
