Chapel Heights A Sedona Senior Community

I've been looking for a retirement home for my aunt in the Niagara region. I visited 5 homes in the area and Chapel Heights is head & shoulders above the rest. Their level of care for the residents is spectacular. The grounds and building are a perfect fit for my aunt and its central location make it a perfect fit for the family. The most important and deciding factor in our decision was the personal attention we received from the staff at Chapel Heights. Connie provided us with all the information we needed to make this important decision for my aunt. Not only is Connie a nurse but she's in charge of running the entire facility. She still found the time to call me and answer all my concerns. Connie runs the place like it's her family residing there and that's very important to be able to trust someone with your loved one. Thanks Connie for making this difficult decision easy 4 us ??

An awesome, compassionate and caring environment. We are very comforted knowing that my mother-in-law is being so well cared for in a loving environment by staff who are trained to deal with her failing mental capacity. Tonight we had a family gathering at the home to celebrate my in-law's 69th Wedding Anniversary. Murray and his staff did an exceptional job preparing and serving a very delicious meal for the occasion. Kudos to everyone at Chapel Heights in Niagara Falls.

It's been a pleasure designing for this team of caring professionals. I was excited to be a part of this local business venture that is converting a hotel into a senior's homes. I wish them luck for the future!
