GNMI - Greater Niagara Medical Imaging

My first appointment here for an ultrasound and x-ray. Just moved to the area last June. I received a call the day before to remind me of my appointment from Natalie or Lori who was both professional and friendly both on the phone and in person! Jessica was also at the front reception with a friendly smile. The clinic waiting area was clean and there was a TV. I got there at 9 and my appointment was at 9 but they did not call me to come in  for my  ultrasound until 9:30 however it was alright because we had a snow storm the night before and it was understandable. Michelle did my ultrasound which was quite extensive but she was very professional and pleasant. Then I proceeded to see Carly who did my couple of x-rays. Also very friendly and professional. I have to return on Tuesday and I expect nothing less than I have received already. Another added bonus is that at this location you do not have to pay for parking and there is a breakfast place if you need something.
Separate visit today and Thankfully Jessica called me right ON TIME! 40ozs of water likes to escape quickly!! So very much appreciated that I wasn't left to wait!

Unlike the other reviewer, here is why I -can- even.
Let me preface this review with something slightly related about another GNMI experience I had prior to this:
After driving all the way to the Welland Avenue GNMI and parking in their chic gravel + tick-length grass field parking lot, it turned out they had never booked my appointment. I was in pain, it was boiling hot out, on the way to the appointment a transport truck almost crushed my car on a side street turning too narrowly, and I had waited a month for this appointment. Oh and gas is like a million dollars now so that was a nice touch too.
When I asked the Welland Ave receptionist to book me in the system with McLeod instead, I called to confirm with McLeod afterward that it was actually booked, and it was! But for the wrong kind of appointment. The lady on the phone was helpful in changing that for me and assured me they'd call 2 days before the appointment. Which they did, as a reputable establishment might.
Now. After all of that, imagine my relief when I showed up to GNMI McLeod and they actually had my appointment. They were nice people and everything was on time and as scheduled. The place wasn't even busy, and it was easy to find. I wouldn't wish Welland Avenue GNMI on anyone, but if you have to visit a GNMI, this one's A-OK in my books.
