(November 20, 2020, 12:27 pm)Everything was super clean and they followed all the Covid protocols perfectly. Our room was looking a bit old. Could use an upgrade.
(October 4, 2020, 7:53 pm)Hotel was clean a comfortable. Breakfast is no longer available due to COVID. Great location, just steps away from clifton hill. I enjoyed there atrium lobby, a rare gem in any hotel. I recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

When we arrived we were greeted by Courtney at the front reception, she was extremely helpful and sweet, me and my husband had a little chat with her while getting setup for the check in we told her that we were here for our anniversary and she was so sweet to give us a bottle of wine and chocolates. It was such a sweet gesture. Took one star off because of the cleanliness of the room, there were hair on our bed and jet tub. Other than that our stay was great.
