If you can upgrade to a room in the central tower of this complex. Roomier. Very clean. Swimming pool very cold. Just a short walk to the Falls and to great things to see and do. Staff helpful and friendly.

Had a great time. This trip was for the kids. The hotel location is great. Just a hop skip and a jump to Clifton Hill where the kids can run up and down and burn off energy. Came back. Enjoyed some pool time. Parking on-site. Had a worry free trip.

Excellent customer service. Very fast service, quite comfortable rooms and very clean. I never use the hotels shampoo, but this time I had to use it and I liked it a lot. It's very good quality. The hotel has very good prices. I recommend it very much.

I've been here once before and I absolutely loved my stay. The rooms were super nice and clean, everything was perfect. The second time I came my room wasn't the greatest. The bed was perfect but everything else lacked. The bathroom didn't have a counter, just a sink. The plugs didn't work, the shower was designed in a way so that it leaked everywhere on the floor and the curtains in the room were broken. Aside from that though, the staff was great, we got to check in early, beds and pillows were super comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again though!

It was a pleasant stay. We only went for one night, we stayed on the ground floor which was nice and felt more private. It was also nice to step right outside your door and smoke. Very close to the entertainment strip and many shops and restaurants. I would definately stay here again.
