Bought a Kitchen sink faucet two years ago. Twice the spring return has failed on the hand sprayer head. Both times Kevin had a free replacement delivered the store within days.
The second time he went back the manufacture and advocated for total new set of taps or a full refund.
Their customer service is awesome. Will continue to do business with this team.
