I highly recommend Darlene and Ryn's Furniture. Darlene has gone above and beyond to find furniture that will fit the rooms, and are also modern, elegant and functional. She has also provided good advice on what will match or compliment. I am very impressed with Darlene: her broad product knowledge, excellent customer service, and how well she understands customer needs.

Kay is a helpful sales associate. Not pushy but full of information.

My wife and I visited Ryn’s In Niagara Falls last Saturday afternoon. We received absolutely
excellent service from Kay. My wife needed a new reclining chair because of back issues.
We purchased a floor model recliner . Delivery would have been on the following Thursday.
Kay suggested we take the two parts of the chair - we took the top home in our car.
Kay delivered the bottom part in her hatchback car after work. That allowed my wife to
have her new chair that same day. This was service above and beyond. Absolutely excellent !

My 85 year old mother needed a recliner style chair that was made for short people (5’ nothing!). She looked everywhere and finally found this store that would custom make a recliner for her. She had it delivered about a month ago by ...as she describes “two very nice young men”. However she found that it would recline and then not come back properly. My parents went back to the store about a week later and told them how disappointed she was. The owner happen to be at the store that day so the salesperson went over to let him know. The owner ended up personally going to their condo to examine the chair and immediately decided to swap out the mechanics!!!! SHE LOVES IT now and as her daughter I’m extremely grateful. The whole family has wanted her to have a comfortable place to sit out her remaining years in comfort. Thanks for caring enough to go above and beyond!!
I have to add to my review because my mom said I forgot to mention how amazing Alicia (salesperson) was. She told me that I should go in to meet her because she had such a fantastic personality :). Thanks Alicia!!!
