Financial advisor we were booked with had the "am I done with you yet" attitude for our 15 minute appointment. Made us feel like she was extremely annoyed or that our bank request was too miniscule for her position. The teller who booked our appointment was very friendly and she was very informative. The day of our appointment, we had a male teller and he was also very friendly and welcoming. The building itself is very clean and spacious and nicely decorated (newer building just built last year). 4 out of 5 due to our employee that held our appointment making us feel we were in her way of getting out by a certain time or something.

Really good service. I would say Andrew was really awesome he helped me out with everything and was very kind.

Went here after unpleasant experience at Portage Rd. branch.
Teller was more accommodating and friendly, verified and answered all my questions though i have to close my account.
Banking is a personal and definitely customer service experience, good thing staffs here are very pleasant.

I visited this branch on a weekend, truly not expecting to resolve my issue. However, branch manager Rosemary was excellent. She took the time to understand my issue, analyzed how to remedy the situation and multi-tasked while I was waiting with my daughter. Great experience.
