Nice sites and friendly staff. Across from strip clubs though... which might be good for some...less so for others. Water electric and sewer all good.

Good amenities, full service, lots are small so you're very cozy with neighbors. Spaces are gravel with grass. Bathrooms could use some love, but get the job done. The location is nearly at the end of the red line, so it takes 30 mins to get to the Falls and Niagara central. We were there in mid June, they didn't seem to be fully geared up for summer quite yet. If the pool is important to you, call ahead to confirm it's heated.

I love location it's quite..Love the size. Most of people are friendly.. It's clean good facility's. Great staff and owners.

Staff is very friendly and helpful clean and quiet park all round nice place and friendly people
