Really helpful staff. Had to return to trade my runners for a smaller size and it was no hassle at all. Great prices.

Shopped here on the weekend and was amazed by the outstanding customer service. Clint was attentive and offered 3 different styles. Then when my wife was having trouble deciding, he offered her advice and she went with them and was happy with her selection. I was impressed with his knowledge of the different NB products that would meet our needs. I'm looking forward to buying my next pair of NB shoes here!

The best shoe purchase ever. The sales associate was the most knowledgeable person we encountered regarding the science of shoe technology. Definitely the place to go if you want to have a personalized shopping experience.

I only wear New Balance shoes, so this outlet is great for me. They were out of the size and width for a pair I was looking for, but had it in another style. Weekend staff are helpful, but weekday staff didn't even ask if I needed help, so depends on when you go I guess.

We recently visited this store and found them very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Emma looked after us and was extremely helpful and very friendly. She helped us find the perfect shoe as the ones we were trying to replace are not made anymore. Kristina the store manager also helped me with information in trying to find a specific shoe.
