Paul and the rest of the staff was quick to accommodate and adjust the store price to match the online price. (Columbia website) Other places I’m sure would have given me a hard time or even declined the price match. I highly recommend this store to friends and family and definitely worth the travel from Toronto.”

And the other 2 employees that I didn’t get a chance to exchange our names. Keep up the awesome work. To add to that I was looking at the long boot UGG’s but they were $160 or more and I didn’t want to pay that much so the guy in that store went to the back and got me a pair of medium length UGGs for $53.00 on clearance! I was sooo thrilled and happy. Everyone was happy and we were all joking around and laughing together. The world needs some happiness and laughter these days.”

“I was at this location yesterday and received great service and bought 2 shirts here. I plan to go back and pick up a couple more. It is difficult to find a French Cuff shirt in this area and they had many in stock. The store had a sale going on, but at regular price, both shirts that I bought are worth the $108 each. In Toronto, I'd be paying much more for shirts of this quality. The only downside is that I went there in December and you have to walk around outside in the cold. That's not their fault, just the design of the Niagara Outlet Collection.”
