Christiane Lalonde RMT

I highly recommend Christiane! She gave me the best massage I've ever had! She helped me tremendously with pain I was having in my shoulder. She welcomed me into her home and made me feel comfortable right away. Her massage space is welcoming and relaxing.

Searched for a local NOTL RMT and Christiane was shown through a Google search. She is an excellent RMT - the session went very well and muscles did not ache after (as has happened with other RMT). I now have the rest of my family going to see her. I would highly recommend her and will be setting up follow up appointments.

Christiane was wonderful! I went in with a very sore neck and right shoulder, but she was able to reduce the tightness and help alleviate the pain I had. She also gave me some simple stretches I can do to help stretch out my problem areas in between visits.

The first time I went to Christiane Lalonde I felt such a peaceful atmosphere; Christiane is a professional and wonderful young woman with such a reasonable and affordable prices. My back felt like it was 20 again and that I could jog for hours and I moved like I was “The Flash.” I have returned many times as I will many more in the future.
