“My rating is for the haircut. Joe is an excellent barber and very meticulous. He spends a lot of time cutting your hair and charges $25 for a man's cut. He also does women's hair and has a regular following of cliental. The only downside is the place is old and not what one would call upscale. But if you want a good cut then go there.”
