Great place to buy wood and tools. Guys working there have a great sense of humour. Very helpful. I needed a special cut to a piece of wood and they were very accommodating.

I've driven past Frank's many times going through downtown Port Colborne and stopped by for the first time today... I was not disappointed. As a builder I really appreciate a well stocked local supply store and Frank's has it all: lots of lumber, fittings, hardware plus all the home interior stuff too. It's a great location with a couple vintage barns where all the lumber is stored. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Nice job guys!

This is absolutely, hands down, the ultimate in customer service. All the staff, including the owner, are always there to help you. They will deliver even the smallest order, even lumber, directly to your door within hours. No questions asked.
Every time I have shopped there they have never ever let me down.

Franks has great service- helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The prices are competitive as well. My only wish is that they were open a bit later on weeknights, but I can also appreciate that the hours they do keep are much more conducive to a positive customer experience, since its often the same employees helping me each time.
