(April 23, 2019, 2:53 am)no problems here at all. while the parts were a little expensive, I was given some options and I think it was pretty fair. the labour was reasonable, about what I was expecting. I wasn't home when the work got done, but when got a chance to look at my fixed tub, everything was neat and tidy behind the panels and there was no mess left behind. filled the tub up and it worked just "swimmingly". while it was a large, unplanned expense, I really have nothing to complain about. they did a great job.
