“This is a great covered parking lot right downtown St. Catharines. There are 4 covered levels and one rooftop level. There are entrances from Ontario St and William St. The nice thing is there are only charges Mon-Fri 8:00am to 6:00pm. This means people visit restaurants downtown during a weekend get free parking, which is great for me because I only visit St. Catharines on the weekends There are monthly rates for those who work downtown. There are only a few disability parking spots per level. They should have put more on level 1 and fewer in the upper levels.
