SYDNEY and her Manager were AMAZING!! SYDNEY went out of her way to assist my husband and I to get our hands on the bike he wanted that was sold out everywhere! Firstly, SYDNEY answered the phone 10 minutes before the store even opened and answered with a smile on her face; ready to assist, I could hear it in her voice! Secondly, We wanted to keep the sale in Pen Centre Store to show our loyalties and SYDNEY made it happen!! Thank you so much! Sport Chek Pen Centre is lucky to have SYDNEY!

Great selection of product, just wish that a few more staff were available to help out instead of waiting. They did their best though.

Nice store but not enough inventory on clothes. I have to go back to Hamilton to exchange one pair of underwear because they don't carry the one I bought at the sport check in Hamilton. I am very disappointed.

Just browsing to see what they had. Nice store lots to look at good variety. Staff was quick to respond asking if l needed help.
