I explained Devin my situation and he was very understanding and tried to get ahold of customer service right away. When that didn’t work, he quickly replaced my SIM card and assured me that my services will be back on quickly. It was a great experience, especially having no luck contacting customer service for days. I was out of there in 20 minutes with everything solved. He was able calm to a stressful situation.
